Steel filters up to 16 bar

QF - 5 microns (class 3 - ISO 8573-1)
Dust filter, suitable for removing solid particles up to 5 microns, including liquids, emulsions and oil. It is also suitable as an outlet filter for adsorption dryers.

PF - 1 micron dust / 0.1 mg/m3 oil (class 2 - ISO 8573-1)
Oil-proof filter for capturing solid particles and oil down to 0.1 microns and 0.1 mg/m³. The principle of precipitation, capture and coalescence forces submicron liquid particles, which are pushed from the inside of the element, to merge into larger micro droplets, which then drip into the lower part of the filter body.

HF - 0.01 micron dust / 0.01 mg/m3 oil (class 1 - ISO 8573-1)
Oil filter for capturing solid particles and oil up to 0.01 micron and 0.01 mg/m³. The principle of precipitation, capture and coalescence forces submicron liquid particles, which are pushed from the inside of the element, to merge into larger micro droplets, which then drip into the lower part of the filter body.

CF - 0.003 mg/m3 oil (class 1 - ISO 8573-1)
Activated carbon filter for removing oil vapors and odors. The activated carbon filter captures all odors and vapors left after previous filtrations using an adsorption process, where impurities adhere to the surface of the activated carbon. For proper operation, PF or HF filters must be placed in front of the CF filters. The element consists of a thick layer of activated carbon, covered with a fiber coating, held inside and outside by a stainless steel mesh.

Standard reference conditions

  • Working pressure: 7 bar, (max. 16 bar)
  • Ambient temperature: 25°C
  • Inlet air temperature 20°C, (max. 100°C, 60°C for CF with activated carbon)
