The new patented ALPS filter series, made of die-cast aluminum, is characterized in particular by:

• new design ensuring minimal pressure loss
• bayonet locking system of the filter element, which does not require additional space under the filter when replacing
• adapters between filter elements - on request

QF - captures solid particles and emulsions up to 1 μ. The filter is also suitable as an output filter for adsorption dryers.

PF - 0.1 μm dust / 0.1 mg/m3 oil coalescent filter for capturing solid particles and oil emulsions. The principle of precipitation, capture and coalescence forces submicron liquid particles, which are pushed from the inside of the element, to coalesce into larger micro droplets, which then drip into the lower part of the filter body.

HF - 0.01 μm dust / 0.01 mg/m3 oil coalescent filter for capturing solid particles and oil emulsions. CF - Filter with a thick layer of activated carbon in a stainless steel cage, for removing oil vapors and odors. It is advisable to install PF, HF before this filter. Used mainly in industrial operations, where clean air without oil and odors is required.

• Working pressure: 7 bar, (max. 20 bar)
• Ambient temperature: 25°C
• Inlet air temperature 20°C, (max. 100°C, 60°C for CF with activated carbon)
