HDP filters up to 40 bar
The filters are designed for use in systems up to 40 bar. Thanks to its strong mechanical resistance, this filter is ideal for initial protection of a compressed air system to trap impurities, for example as an additional filter for an adsorption dryer
QF (F 0004-F 0016) - 5 microns (class 3 - ISO 8573-1)
The dust filter is suitable for removing solid particles up to 5 microns in size, including liquids, emulsions and oil.
QF (F 0025-F 0450) - 1 micron (class 2 - ISO 8573-1)
The dust filter is suitable for removing solid particles up to 1 micron in size, including liquids, emulsions and oil.
PF - HF (F 0004-F 0450)Oil-repellent filter for capturing solid particles and oil. The principle of precipitation, capture and coalescence forces submicron liquid particles, which are pushed from the inside of the element, to merge into larger micro droplets, which then drip into the lower part of the filter body.
- PF (F 0004-F 0016) 1 micron dust / 0,1 mg/m3 oil (class 2 - ISO 8573-1)
- PF (F 0025-F 0450) 1 mikron dust / 0,6 mg/m3 oil
- HF 0,01 micron dust / 0,01 mg / m3 (class 1 - ISO 8573-1)
CF - 0,003 mg/m3 oil (class 1 - ISO 8573-1) Activated carbon filter for removing oil vapors and odors. The activated carbon filter captures all odors and vapors left over from previous filtrations using an adsorption process, where impurities adhere to the surface of activated carbon microparticles. For proper operation, PF or HF filters must be placed before CF filters. The element consists of a thick layer of activated carbon, covered with a fiber coating, held inside and out by a stainless steel mesh.
