HOC - for high temperatures
Standard reference conditions
- Working pressure: 7 bar (max. 10 bar)
- Dew point at 7 bar pressure: -40 °C
- Air inlet temperature 165°C (max. 200°C)
- Working/regeneration cycle: 180/180 min
- Standard voltage 400/3/50
The HOC desiccant dryer supplies air with a TRB of -40°C. The thermal energy from the compressed air is used in the drying process, especially for the regeneration of the desiccant. The only additional costs are associated with the operation of the control unit.
The service life and efficiency of the dryer depend on the removal of contaminated elements in the inlet pipe. It is therefore strongly recommended to use coalescing pre-filters at the inlet.
The HOC A version - additionally has a heating system and a control system that is able to respond to the variability of compressed air consumption. The drying mode is then automatically adjusted, ensuring a constant TRB and maximum drying efficiency.
