Using "multi-stage" compression, side channel blowers achieve air compression with very low pulsations, which greatly affects the noise level of the device. The perfect design of the impeller with curved blades guarantees optimal efficiency. The separation of the compression chambers on both sides of the impeller allows operation in a single-stage or two-stage version with only one impeller. A suction filter and safety valve can be integrated as an optional accessory in the patented silencer design. Another optional accessory can be the so-called anti-corrosion version, which is suitable for particularly humid operating rooms and sucked media.

The integrated frequency converter in the VARIAIR device significantly increases the performance and flexibility of side channel blowers. It is possible to set the exact required performance according to the customer's requirements in both manual and fully automatic mode. The patented intelligent control system keeps the pressure and volume flow constant. The control range of 10-100Hz, i.e. up to 6000 rpm, ensures highly stable performance. The devices are equipped with protective functions, such as temperature and current sensing, and do not need to be equipped with safety valves. The speed control permanently reduces the noise level to the lowest level and, in conjunction with the integrated silencers, no additional noise protection measures are required.
