Connectivity

Robox Energy is equipped with the iConn module. iConn provides facility operators with detailed, real-time information essential for operational optimization and efficiency. Remote availability of machine operation data saves time by eliminating the need for on-site supervision, optimizes maintenance, parts management, and paves the way for the development of predictive models. iConn optimizes maintenance, maximizes fan reliability, and allows customers to focus on their core business.

Compactness

ROBOX Energy requires 30% less space than comparable other units. It fits perfectly into the current concept of multiple smaller units in the compressor room. It responds to the growing market for small and compact machines in the compressor room. Another advantage is the possibility of placing the units side by side with access for maintenance from the front of the housing. The combination of the RSW screw compressor and the permanent magnet motor allows a wide range of speed settings, and therefore a wide range of compressor capacities.

Maximum energy efficiency

Internal compression combined with the efficiency of a permanent magnet motor directly mounted on the screw block drive shaft eliminates energy losses resulting from, for example, the use of a belt drive. This arrangement provides significant energy savings compared to other available technologies on the market.
