RBS compression block, up to 1000 mbar (g), up to 25000 m3/h
They are compression blocks with rotating three-tooth pistons (roots), with a special system for reducing compression pulsations. They reach a maximum overpressure of +1000 mbar (g) and a maximum flow rate of up to 25000 m3/h. Lubrication of the gear synchronizers and bearings of the driving and driven shafts is ensured by oil spraying using discs that are mounted on the shafts. The gears and bearings are in oil-filled housings. The housings are separated from the compression space.
- Reinforced rolling bearings are designed for a theoretical service life of 100,000 operating hours.
- Low clearance between the rotors ensures high compression efficiency.
- The gas tightness of the compression space is ensured by labyrinth shaft seals.
- can be offered in ATEX version.
RBS - oil cooled version
The block is supplied with two cooling coils, which allow the oil temperature to be maintained below 100 °C. The RBS version with cooling is recommended where the medium is transported above 140 °C. Available for RBS 75 to RBS 225 and only in vertical version (/ V).
RBS - version with special surface treatment
For those parts that are in contact with the conveyed medium, 2 types of surface treatments are available. Niploy (electroless nickel plating) - guarantees high resistance to corrosion and wear. Chemcoat (fluoropolymer coating) - guarantees corrosion resistance for contact with moist substances, good non-stick and sliding properties. Available for RBS 15 up to RBS 225 version (/ V).
RBS INOX - stainless steel
All parts of the block are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, or DUPLEX, to make the side resistant to demanding processes such as ozonation, vacuum evaporators, etc. Various configurations are available with different sealing systems. Excellent corrosion resistance. Available for RBS 85, RBS 105, RBS 125, RBS 145. Capacity from 340 to 9800 m³ / h.
