The vane vacuum pump has a simple single shaft design and direct drive, creating a robust, long-lasting, low maintenance and operating system. These pumps operate completelly oil-free; the individual chambers are separated by graphite vanes. Vacuum pumps include integrated suction filters and regulating and safety valves to prevent the maximum design vacuum from being exceeded. The compact housing ensures low noise and cooling air flow. Optionally, the pump can be supplied with corrosion protection.

Rotary vane pumps with integrated frequency inverter
The frequency converter integrated in the VARIAIR package, significantly increases the performance and regulating range of each pump. Energy consumption is optimized and a constant vacuum is guaranteed even when the demand is variable or fluctuates significantly. The "soft" start of the pump reduces the stress on the mechanical components and thus extends their service life.
