Up 495 m3/h, max. 100 mbar(a)
The vane vacuum pump has a simple design with a single shaft and direct drive, which creates a robust device with a long service life and low maintenance and operating costs. These vacuum pumps operate completely oil-free. The individual chambers are separated by graphite vanes. The vacuum pumps already include integrated suction filters and control valves as standard, and for capacities above 150 m3/h, safety valves to prevent the maximum design vacuum from being exceeded. The compact housing ensures low noise and directs the cooling air for ideal contact with the surface of the working parts. The vacuum pump can be optionally supplied with anti-corrosion protection, which makes it suitable for the extraction of humid air.

Rotary vane vacuum pumps with integrated frequency converter
The frequency converter integrated in the VARIAIR device significantly increases the performance parameters of each vacuum pump. It also guarantees the supply of vacuum exactly according to the requirements of the customer's process. Energy consumption is optimized and a constant vacuum is guaranteed even when the demand is variable or fluctuates significantly. The "soft" start-up of the vacuum pump reduces the stress on the mechanical components and thus extends their service life. The variable range of setting the required vacuum minimizes the need for different types of vacuum pumps.
VARIAIR vacuum pumps are characterized by energy-efficient operation, automatic regulation of the required vacuum value and protection of the device against exceeding the design parameters.
