Becker SV - double stage side channel vacuum pumps up to 520m3/h
Side channel vacuum pumps achieve air compression with very low pulsations, which greatly affects the noise level of the device. The perfect design of the impeller with curved blades guarantees optimal efficiency. A suction filter and safety valve can be integrated as an optional accessory in the patented silencer design. Another optional accessory can be the so-called anti-corrosion design, which is suitable for particularly humid operating areas and sucked media.

Vacuum pumps with integrated frequency converter
The integrated frequency converter in the VARIAIR device significantly increases the performance and flexibility of side channel vacuum pumps. It is possible to set the required performance exactly according to the customer's needs, both in manual and fully automatic mode. The patented, intelligent control system maintains a constant vacuum or volume flow, even without an external vacuum sensor. The pump's control range is 0-100 Hz and thus ensures highly flexible performance. The devices are equipped with protective functions, such as motor winding temperature monitoring, current measurement, control of compression space temperature limits, etc. Therefore, they do not have to be equipped with safety valves. The speed control reduces the noise level to an optimal level and, in conjunction with integrated silencers, additional noise protection measures are not necessary in most cases.
