"Claw" industrial blowers are oil-free air-cooled devices, suitable for both continuous and intermittent operation. Maintenance and operating costs are minimal. They are equipped with a highly effective exhaust pulsation damper.

The compression chamber is oil-free, non-contact and the risk of wear is minimized. Cooling is provided by air and there is no need for liquid cooling.
The rotors are synchronized by gears in an oil bath, which is separated from the compression chamber by a mechanical seal.

Function principle:

The double-beak rotors rotate in opposite directions in the compression chamber. The tolerance between the rotors is very small, just to prevent them from touching. The movement of the rotors is synchronized by a gear train in an oil bath.
