PLUG & PLAY ready-made systems BECKER offers easy implementation of a ready-made central system for producing vacuum/negative pressure. Sophisticated solutions with touch control panel, frequency converters or soft-starters are available. The systems are also offered in a basic version with contactors, hour meter, start/stop buttons and a running indicator light. We can offer industrial solutions or ready-made solutions for medical use, including medical filtration and separation of hazardous condensate. BECKER has been supplying surgical and laboratory vacuum systems for more than 3 decades. And for more than 130 years, it has been producing vacuum pumps that are among the highest quality in the world.

The system vessels are horizontal, in sizes of 90, 250, 500, 750, 1000 and 1500 liters. They are hot-dip galvanized inside and out. The systems can include 1, 2, 3 pieces of oil (18-900 m3/h) or oil-free rotary vane vacuum pumps (16-488 m3/h). The choice of the number of machines depends on the planned vacuum consumption, the reserve requirement and the required control factor. The choice of oil- or oil-free vacuum pumps depends on the required vacuum and the properties of the sucked medium.
